Proxy billing should be transparent
Many providers round up, pad headers into metered bytes, or estimate usage instead of measuring it. That makes it nearly impossible to reconcile your invoices without an independent measurement.
Fixed, known payload
Pick a preset size in decimal MB (1 MB = 1,000,000 bytes); each run uses the same byte count for that size. No compression tricks or variable content.
Credentials stay private
